Grasshopper is confident with their stage

21 Jul - After band member Calvin Choy's previous accident at the Hong Kong Coliseum, Grasshopper is determined to ensure that the same incident will not happen at their own concert.

As reported on Mingpao, the trio recently appeared in front of the media to announce their upcoming "Live Goes On Grasshopper 2017" tour, which marks the first big show for the band three years after their previous concert.

When asked if they are worried about falling off the stage again, similar to what happened to member Calvin when Grasshopper was rehearsing for Andrew Lam's concert last month, Remus Choy responded, "We are not using the same stage. Our stage is very sturdy."

When asked if they will reduce the performance duration for their own safety, Remus stated that they are very confident with the safety measure that has been taken.

Calvin added, "I know everybody is worried. People may think I was traumatised, but nothing like that at all. I am very professional."

The band also revealed that they will also be holding a show in Singapore and Canada next month, calling it a "warm-up" to the big concert, to be held in November.
