Grace Chan to announce baby gender before Christmas
19 Dec – Although she already knew the gender of her baby, Grace Chan stated that she and husband Kevin Cheng will be keeping it their secret for the time being.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who appeared at an event held at the Sha Tin Racecourse recently, stated that she is excited about this year's Christmas, as it will be the first one she celebrates as a wife.
"I told my husband that he didn't need to give me any gift. He asked me what I want, but I can't think of what to buy him, so I think there will be no pressure if we decide not to give any present to each other," she said.
Grace also added that she is already happy with the gift of a wedding ring.
"But I am too nervous to wear it. I'm afraid that it will go missing," she said.
As for the gender of her baby, Grace said that she and Kevin have agreed to reveal the good news just before Christmas.
"Right now, I wouldn't dare weigh myself after gaining more than ten pounds earlier. I don't want to pressure myself into thinking about losing the excess weight in the future, so for now, I will just concentrate on enjoying the pregnancy," she added.
