Acclaimed Parisian perfumer Goutal Paris is celebrating four decades of fragrance with the re-release of a classic from its fragrance archives: Petite Cherie. To make this anniversary even more magical, KENS Apothecary has teamed up with Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for an exclusive Goutal Paris 40th Anniversary Afternoon Tea Set.

To commemorate the occasion, Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur’s Executive Pastry Chef Fodil Baghal dreamt up an exclusive Afternoon Tea Set infused with the essence of Goutal Paris Fragrance and signatures of Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur’s opulent Afternoon Tea Experience at Altitude.

The centrepiece of this 12-piece afternoon tea set is The Boule Papillon dessert — a palatable replica of the iconic boule papillon perfume decanter. Its taste reveals the characteristic notes of Petite Chérie’s trail — rose and pear, with dashes of vanilla mousse.

Goutal Paris 40th Anniversary Afternoon Tea Set by Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur is a one-of-a-kind afternoon tea delivery box set that costs RM 188 + for two persons and inclusive of a complimentary Goutal Paris RM50 cash voucher and Goutal Paris Tenue De Soiree (5ml).

If you’d like to get your hands on the new Petite Cherie, only 40 units of the limited edition Petite Cherie EDP (100ml) fragrance worth RM849 will be available for grabs. It’ll be launched on the 6th of September at all KENS Apothecary stores and online.

Trimmed with a gold velvet bow, this limited edition cult piece takes on a motif cherished by Goutal herself, inspired by her childhood memories of tying bows on bags of sweets in her father’s shop. A medallion is emblazoned with the name of the fragrance inside, as if it were a piece of jewellery.

Have your taste of the world of Goutal from 6 to 30 September 2021, 12:00pm – 6:00pm. To order WhatsApp +60 12-288 2135.
