It’s a labour of love and grit, Game of Thrones’ star Kit Harington tells of the show. He also relates a particularly painful, and embarrassing, incident during filming where he nearly loses a crucial body part. It was a heartbreaking scene as a massive fire broke out at the Notre Dame cathedral, forever changing Paris’ skyline. Authorities are still unclear about how the fire started, although early speculations point to construction work that was being done to the property. A giant aircraft built by Stratolaunch has completed its first official test flight successfully, much to the delight of onlookers. The 500,000 pound plane has a two cockpits, six engines, and an impressive 385-foot wingspan. Upon completion, the company intends for the aircraft to release rockets carrying satellites into space.

Michelle Yeoh is one of “Avatar”’s latest signings and what an exciting update it is! She has been cast as scientist Dr Karina Mogue in the franchise’s upcoming sequels. The original “Avatar” movie premiered in 2009 to gross over US$2.8billion globally, with its sequel slated for release in December 2020.

According to the World Health Organisation, measles cases have risen 300 percent worldwide through the first three months of 2019 compared to the same period last year. The disease is believed to be experiencing a new surge, with outbreaks happening worldwide.
