Gaile Lok grateful and happy for first pregnancy
15 Nov – Gaile Lok was all smiles as she appeared at a cocktail party recently - her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who is currently four months pregnant with her first baby, admitted that she is both happy and slightly nervous about having a baby.
"I am very grateful and feeling very wonderful," she added.
Gaile also said that she is lucky that her first trimester was not as bad as most first time mothers, as she only suffered from mild headache and weight gain.
When asked about her birth plans, the actress said that she has yet to decide whether to return to the United States or stay in Hong Kong.
"But I would love to try water birth. The most important thing right now is the baby's health," she said.
On the other hand, when it is mentioned that her ex-husband Leon Lai has refused to make any comments about her pregnancy, Gaile said that she has no issues with it.
"You can't expect everybody to respond about other people's personal life," she added.
