Fruit Rojak

Here’s how to make a tasty bowl of fruit rojak:

INGREDIENTS

• Bean sprouts (cooked)

• Raw bean sprouts

• Ginger flower (shaved)

• Turnip (sliced)

• Green Apple (1)

• Pineapple (Half)

• Cucumber (5-6 slices)

• Yew char kway

• Lettuce

• Crushed peanuts

• Rojak Sauce (2 tablespoons)

METHOD:

1. In a cooking bowl, add slices of ginger flower and turnip

2. Add in diced green apple

3. Add pineapple slices

4. Add cucumber slices

5. Add bean sprouts

6. Add yew char kway slices

7. Add rojak sauce

8. Mix all the ingredients

9. Add lettuce leaves

10. Garnished with crushed peanuts and serve
