"FPJ's Ang Probinsyano" extended to 2018

The upcoming series will be extended until January 2018

27 Apr - Fans of "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano" will be happy to know that the long-running series will continue its broadcast until January 2018.

As reported on ABS-CBN News, the news was confirmed by ABS-CBN Chief Operating Officer of broadcast Cory Vidanes at a private cast party held on 21 April, attended by the cast of the said series.

Based on the 1997 movie of the same name that was produced and starred Fernando Poe Jr., the television remake stars Coco Martin as SPO1 Ricardo "Cardo" Dalisay who assumes his twin brother Police Sr. Insp. Dominador "Ador" de Leon's identity in order to capture those responsible for the latter's death.

It premiered back in 2015 and has been highly praised by viewers.
