Former TRCNG members to join new group BXB

11 Jan – Four members of the disbanded idol group TRCNG is set to reintroduce themselves as members of the new group BXB, which will debut on 30 January.

The news was shared on 10 January by their agency Wolfburn, stating that TRCNG members Jihun, Hyunwoo, Siwoo, and Hamin will be part of the new five-member group, aside from new addition Jun.

TRCNG was an eight-member boy band which made its debut in 2017. However, they were disbanded early last year.

"BXB aims to portray various feelings associated with youth - joy, sadness, love, anger and jealousy - through its music and leave an impression on the public," Wolfburn stated. BXB stands for "Boy By Brush".

Back in June, the four members became a part of a project group called APR PROJECT, which released a music series called "BOYHOOD S#1" in June 2022 and "BOYHOOD S#2" in October the same year.
