Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are gearing up for their royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tonga-and apparently it's going to be intense. Or, to quote the completely chill and not at all terrifying musing of former palace spokesperson Dickie Arbiter, it's going to be a "real baptism of fire."

Um. What? I truly don't even know how to illustrate that, so here's a dumpster fire, which may or may not be related to a baptism of fire.

"She’s a good communicator, she’s good at talking to people but it will be a real baptism of fire," Dickie told The Mirror. "They will have a very demanding schedule and the Duchess will have to get used to local customs with the eyes of the world on her. But no doubt she will come through with flying colors and they will show they will be a force of good for the Commonwealth and the Royal Family on the global stage."

Dickie also says that the trip will be a true "litmus test" for Meghan, explaining that "She’s had a taste of the Invictus Games in Toronto last year but she was Harry’s girlfriend. Now she is his wife there will be much more expectation."

Meghan and Harry's trip will actually kick off with the opening of the Invictus Games in Sydney on October 20. Expect The Duchess to kill it-potential baptism of fire aside.
