Our friends at Food & Wine announced the star-studded 2025 lineup and ticket sales information for its signature event, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado. The 42nd iteration of the famed culinary festival will take place this year from June 20-22 and will once again take over the mountain town, transforming it into a food-lover's paradise.
"We spend 12 months of the year thinking of ways to surprise and delight our guests at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen through unique culinary experiences, world-class chefs and wine experts, educational seminars and tastings, and new ways for participants to discover the biggest culinary trends and innovations," Hunter Lewis, Food & Wine's Editor in Chief, shared. "The 2025 event promises to be another unforgettable party, and we are beyond excited to have so many of our favorite presenters joining us again alongside some new faces."
Like every year, this year will feature an all-star lineup of celebrity chefs including Maneet Chauhan, Ayesha Curry, Tiffany Derry, Tyler Florence, Carla Hall, Stephanie Izard, Kristen Kish, Padma Lakshmi, Martin Yan, Claudette Zepeda, and Andrew Zimmern. Guests can also meet the next winner of Top Chef Season 22.
There will also be plenty of wine and spirits experts at the event as well, including Anne Becerra, Julia Coney, Anthony Giglio, Ray Isle, Carlin Karr, Wanda Mann, Amanda McCrossin, Gary Obligacion, Mark Oldman, Femi Oyediran, June Rodil, Prairie Rose, Sabato Sagaria, Monica Samuels, Bobby Stuckey, and Miles White, Each of these chefs and experts will lead cooking demonstrations, tastings, and panel discussions, so you can get all your burning questions answered.
But wait. There's more.
The event is also bringing back its legendary tasting pavilion in the center of town, hosting plenty of parties, dinners, and special events you won't want to miss. Tickets are available starting Jan. 22 at noon ET at classic.foodandwine.com. This event tends to sell out fast, so don't wait too long to reserve your spot.
And just in case you needed one more reason to attend, remember that every year, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen donates to the Southern Smoke Foundation, a national emergency relief fund that supports workers in the food and beverage industry in crisis, and No Kid Hungry, the only national campaign committed to ending childhood hunger in the U.S.
If you can't make this event, or just want to have two parties to look forward to, note in your calendar that the second annual Food & Wine Classic in Charleston will take place Nov. 14 - 16 this year. Tickets for that event will become available later this year at foodandwineclassicincharleston.com.
