Flow Leung criticised for "defending" Jacqueline Wong
26 Apr – The lesser known TVB actor and Mr Hong Kong 2016 Flow Leung recently found himself incurring the wrath of netizens for defending fellow colleague Jacqueline Wong over her illicit affair with married singer Andy Hui.
As reported on Mingpao, in the wake of the scandal, the actor posted a message online, saying that he considered Jacqueline a victim in this situation. Flow stated that since the scandal was exposed, nobody had said a fair word about the actress.
His comment had since received much anger from the public.
When asked about it recently, Flow stated that he is only stating the facts and trying to let people see the matter from a different angle.
"I am not saying which party is right and which person is wrong. I did expect to get negative comments from people. But I am just stating things based on conscience," he said.
Flow also stated that he felt saddened that people are not seeking the truth, but instead choose to stand on the moral high ground and step on another.
