First Justice League Footage Debuts Online

It’s here – the first ‘Justice League’ footage is now online.

Appearing at San Diego Comic Con, the first glimpse of the upcoming ‘Justice League’ movie has now appeared online. Giving us our first look at some of the most iconic DC superheroes, it’s an impressive first look at the ‘Justice League’.

And The Flash looks surprisingly awesome.

“The following footage was prepared by the filmmakers as a special look for fans in attendance at San Diego Comic Con 2016,” reads the video’s introduction.

And what follows is a brief glimpse at the ‘Justice League’ being assembled.

At first glance, we see Bruce Wayne tracking down the metahumans he discovered during the events of ‘Batman V Superman’… and that means meeting up with Arthur Curry (Aquaman), Victor Stone (Cyborg) and Barry Allen (The Flash).

Of course, we don’t know them by their hero names just yet.

The first thing that springs to mind is that the tone of the ‘Justice league’ footage feels a lot lighter than the rather heftier ‘Batman V Superman’. And with the almost-comical interaction between Ben Affleck’s Batman and Ezra Miller’s Flash, it looks as though ‘Justice League’ will add a much-needed lighter touch to DC’s superhero universe.

And then there’s the ‘subtle’ joke at Aquaman’s expense…

“Arthur Curry,” says Bruce Wayne upon meeting Aquaman. “I hear you can talk to fish.”

‘Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash and Ray Fisher as Cyborg.

Zack Snyder directed the film based on a script by Chris Terrio.

‘Justice League’ heads to cinemas on 17 November 2017.
