Ever heard of the phrase “the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”? Well, time to apply that to Father’s Day 2022, which is coming up on 19 June 2022!
There’s really no better way to show how much you appreciate dad for all he’s done than through an indulgent feast. To kick off the celebrations, we’ve whipped up 10 feasts that are worthy of a king so you can show dad how much you love him.
1. Sol & Luna
Is your dad a fan of whiskey and wagyu? He’ll fall in love with Sol & Luna’s Auchentoshan Whiskey Flight Pairing, which pairs a succulent Wood-fired Sanchoku F1 Striploin Bone-in Steak (500g) with three different types of single malt Scotch whiskey.
Priced at S$203++, the indulgent dinner is good for two to three people and covers several award-winning Auchentoshan whiskies, such as the Auchentoshan 12 Years and Auchentoshan 18 Years. The different flavour profiles— velvety smooth with intoxicating aromas like creme brulee or sweet barley— pair perfectly with richly marbled and buttery wagyu steak, which has a marbling score of 4/5.
This whiskey-wagyu pairing is only available from 13 to 19 June 2022 for dinner only.

2. Fat Cow
Fat Cow, an upscale Japanese restaurant in Orchard, is renowned for their extremely high-quality wagyu beef. In fact, I remember forking out a whopping S$158 for our donburi showdown way back!
This Father’s Day, Fat Cow celebrates the man of the house with a specially curated three-course menu that is priced at S$118++ per person. This exclusive menu is only available for lunch from 13 to 20 June 2022, with key highlights including the Miyazaki Steak with Ginger Sauce, a beautifully marbled Miyazaki A4 wagyu steak, Fat Cow’s signature “Fat Rice” and a Sakura Panna Cotta.
If the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu steak isn’t calling out to you, then perhaps the Kampachi Yuanyaki will— a delicately grilled Kanpachi fish that’s marinated in a traditional house-made sauce with sake, mirin, shoyu and yuzu juice.
3. Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore
Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore, the quintessential steak house in Singapore, is serving up a splendid six-course menu this Father’s Day, so you can bet that I’m bookmarking this place for this special occasion.
Available on both 18 and 19 June 2022, the six-course menu is priced at S$139 per guest and starts off with Lawry’s Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad and a hearty bowl of Halibut Fish Soup, followed by an appetiser— the Wild Mushroom Escalope Crepe with Sunny Side-Up Egg.
Choose between three types of main courses: the iconic roasted USDA Prime Rib of Beef served with Yorkshire Pudding, Grilled Lamb Rack with Baked Boneless Chicken, and Kurobuta Pork Cubes.
There’s not one, but two desserts to pick from to end the day on a sweet note! Tarte Bourdaloue is a decadent house-made pastry with poached pears and crushed caramelised almonds, while the Caramel Custard Pudding with Mixed Berries is silky and creamy, with rich flavours.
Treat the young ones to a feast of their own with the Kid’s 3-Course Set Menu (S$49 per child), featuring kid-friendly favourites such as the Kid’s Cut Roast Beef, Fish and Chips and Brownie with Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream.
Plus, colouring materials will also be provided to keep them entertained, and each menu includes a limited-edition Lawry’s kids’ mask too!

4. Black Tap
Sink your teeth into Black Tap’s Father’s Day special— the mighty Boss Burger and Beer Combo (S$38++).
Be prepared for things to get messy, because this sinful pairing features Black Tap’s ultimate Boss Burger, a double bacon cheeseburger that’s stacked with melted American cheese, crunchy lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and Black Tap’s homemade special sauce.
The beer of choice is a pint of the Kona Longboard Lager, a refreshing lager from Hawaii that sports a delicate and slightly spiced hop aroma with a malty body.
Note that this exclusive burger and beer pairing is only available from 13 to 19 June 2022.
Treat your dad to a lavish four-course spread at KOMA, which starts off with a Shiso Negroni aperitif and moves onto KOMA’s signature Yellowtail Jalapeno and Miso Garlic Shrimp. The main highlight is the Assorted Kushiyaki Platter, which features robata-grilled negima, tsukune, tebasaki and uzura egg.
Not to mention, KOMA’s iconic interior will make the experience all the more memorable. Its opulent dining hall comes complete with looming torii gates, traditional Japanese footbridge and the unmissable, dramatic 2.5-metre tall Japanese bell.
This specially-curated menu is priced at S$150++ per person and is available from 17 to 19 June 2022 for dinner. Reservations are required to dine-in at KOMA, so book early!
For all that your dad has done for the family, it’s time to give back with a nourishing meal at Yàn. Its well-timed Summer Solstice Menu runs from 6 June to 31 August 2022, perfect for Father’s Day. Yàn’s unique 6 and 8-Course Menus were developed in partnership with Zhongjing TCM, so you know that they will truly replenish and strengthen the body.
Its 6-Course Wellness Menu A (S$158++ per person, minimum two pax) comprises of individual courses and starts off with Drunken Chicken steeped with Chinese shao xing wine, Roasted Pork Belly and Chilled Jellyfish, all of which aid in improving heart health. Its Wok-fried Spare Rib with Ginseng Sauce is said to boost your energy, while the Braised Whole Three-headed Abalone is a good source of essential vitamins.
If you’re dining as a family, go for its 8-Course Wellness Menu B (S$108++ per person, minimum five pax), which has sharing-style dishes like Crispy Skin Roasted Duck for the spleen and lungs, Double-boiled Chicken Soup, and Steamed Chilean Cod Fillet with Cordyceps Flower for the kidney and lungs.
Dads, you’re in for a treat. LeVeL33, the world’s highest urban microbrewery, has come up with a special sharing menu for Father’s Day.
Available for lunch on 18 and 19 June 2022, the Father’s Day Menu (S$168++) serves two to three people and includes five items, starting with the Portoro Naturally Raised Ribeye, a luxurious grain-fed ribeye from Australia. Complementing the premium ribeye are the Stout Balsamic Roasted Vine Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus.
Round off the meal with LeVeL33’s signature range of housemade beer condiments— a Cafe de Paris butter elevated with beer brewing ingredients, beef jus spiked with red wine, a housemade stout balsamic glaze, and a chimichurri with red wine vinegar.
Bedrock Bar & Grill has been crowned as having the ‘best steak in Singapore’, winning multiple accolades over the years, such as “Best Steakhouse in Asia” by Haute Grandeur Global Restaurant Awards 2021. This is how you know that you’ll definitely be giving dad a memorable Father’s Day this 2022— by treating him to excellently grilled steak at an award-winning steakhouse.
Go for the 3-Course Set Lunch Special (S$98++ per person). The star of the meal is the Beef Oscar, a 180g USDA grain-fed tenderloin that is grilled over applewood fire and topped with jumbo crab meat, a classic house-made bearnaise sauce, and served with sous vide asparagus.
The 3-Course Set Lunch Special is available from 13 to 20 June 2022 for lunch only.
9. Les Bouchons
Les Bouchons, most known for its classic and value-for-money Steak Frites (which comes with free-flow homemade French fries, by the way), has come up with an exclusive Father’s Day special that is bound to satisfy his appetite.
The PAPA Wagyu D-Rump beef steak feast (S$108) is good for two and includes a stunning 800g chargrilled wagyu D-Rump from Australia with a marbling score of 8-9. It is served with sweet roasted French tomatoes on a vine, complementing porcini sauce on the side, two refreshing bowls of salad, and of course, the brand’s signature free-flow homemade fries.
Complete the meal with a bottle of Chateau Cantemerle, Haut Medoc 2018 (S$148) or go for the Godfather (S$12), Les Bouchons’ exclusive cocktail for June, which features Frangelico liquor with mint leaves, brown sugar and soda water.
Do note that this menu is available at Les Bouchons’ Ann Siang outlet from 13 to 18 June 2022, and the Robertson Quay and Rochester outlets from 14 to 19 June 2022.
Take full advantage of the recent lift in restrictions to dine at RISE, Marina Bay Sands’ iconic buffet restaurant located at its hotel lobby.
Priced at S$128++ per adult and S$45++ per child (aged 6 to 12 years old), the sumptuous Sunday Brunch is only available on 19 June 2022 and will certainly impress the whole family.
The feast is kicked off with a complimentary glass of Heineken for fathers upon arrival. Then, venture to RISE’s live carving stations for its Australian Stanbroke Beef Ribeye, or to its self-serve stations for popular brunch favourites like Egg Shakshouka, Smoked Barbeque Pork Ribs and Whole Spit Roasted Salt Marsh Lamb. There is also a dedicated station for popular savoury dishes like Mini Wagyu Beef Burgers and Baked Macaroni, which will be a huge hit with the little ones.
