Farrah Abraham has never been one to hide her plastic surgeries. In fact, she's been quite candid about them, including that time she shared her downright terrifying experience with lip injections. Her recent vaginal rejuvenation procedure prove to be no different, with Farrah sharing her experience at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in an Instagram post.

A video from Radar Online released earlier this month shows the cameras rolling while a doctor performs internal vaginal rejuvenation procedure. According to Radar Online, the procedure, which took place at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, is performed with a wand that is "inserted and moved back and forth for four minutes to tighten the walls of the uterus." "It also helps with moisture and lubrication,” the source - who sounds suspiciously like someone from the Rejuvenation Center's office, go figure - explained.

Dr. Stafford R. Broumand, MD, who performs labiaplasties, told Cosmopolitan.com that American Society of Plastic Surgeons doesn't condone cosmetic vaginal reconstruction or vaginoplasty, and the procedure doesn't come without the risk of complications. According to Broumand, you can develop non-healing wounds and erosions in your vagina from vaginoplasty. The procedure can also damage the connection between the rectum and vagina."There has got to be, in my mind, a very significant reason to do a vaginal reconstruction," Dr. Broumand said of the procedure, which normally starts at around $10,000.

Along with the internal procedure, the Teen Mom OG star underwent exterior vaginal rejuvenation "to make her vagina appear more youthful." (Farrah is 26.) And, in the same video, Farrah is also seen undergoing a skin-tightening procedure on her butt called Exilis. “[Elixis] heats up the skin with radio frequency to tighten the skin and tissue,” the source told Radar. “It goes deep and gets rid of cellulite to make everything tight and firm.”

After getting backlash for sharing the procedure on social media, Farrah responded at the 2017 MTV VMAs this Saturday, saying, "My lady parts are happy. I don't know. I just like to share things, especially if it's good and health related and I don't know."

She went on to say her daughter, Sophia, is her focus, and she tries to ignore online shade. "I think it's just best to ignore negativity and only welcome positivity in your life and I think that shows for Sophia and hopefully myself over the years and I'm just really happy about that."
