Fans Were So Confused By One of Jennifer Garner's Latest Instagrams
Jennifer Garner posted her amazing pumpkin carving project on Instagram, featuring a pumpkin within a pumpkin.
Fans thought the jack-o-lantern design might be alluding to some other news (ahem, a baby!), but the actress shut things down with the funniest response.
It’s no secret that Jennifer Garner is a big fan of Halloween. From dressing up as a mailbox in 2019 to sharing her favorite character-inspired dog costumes in 2020, the 13 Going on 30 actress isn’t one to shy away from the holiday festivities. As such, it was no surprise when she debuted her next-level pumpkin carving on Instagram. Though, the reactions to it were a surprise to her.
“When you and your jack-o’-lantern share a vibe…” the 48-year-old actress captioned the post of her holding her jack-o-lantern, which featured a smiling baby pumpkin within a larger pumpkin carved to look like a house with windows.
Thanks to the nature of the carving, fans immediately started postulating that Jennifer was pregnant.
“Wait....are you pregnant or is this something from back when someone posted a pic and thought you were but it was quarantine weight?! Please say you are!!!” one fan wrote.
“I thought this was a pregnancy announcement for a hot second,” another user commented.
“Um.....does this mean there is a little Jennifer behind that pumpkin?” another chimed in.
Doing as Jennifer does, the award-winning actress took to her comments section to immediately shut the rumors down before they had a chance to really start swirling.
“Still not having more babies,” she wrote in all caps with three monkey emojis covering their eyes. “Good grief, I didn’t even see it, I just saw matching smiles.”
Despite not having a little one on the way, fans continued to flock to her feed to comment on just how cute her pumpkin is.
“Da cutie!!” Halle Berry wrote, and Kimberly Williams Paisley chimed in with “So cute!”
