Fans Are Shocked to See Christina Hall's Rarely Shown Son in a New Family Photo
Christina Hall’s fans are obsessing over her latest Instagram post: a family photo from her recent vacation. But it’s not the location or Christina and her daughter’s resemblance that they’re focused on. Instead, fans are shocked and overjoyed to see her son Hudson in the photo.
The photo, which fans suspect was taken in Hawaii, features Christina and her husband Josh Hall. Alongside them are her daughter Taylor, twelve, and son Brayden, eight, whom Christina shares with her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa. Her three-year-old Hudson, whom she shares with her ex-husband Ant Anstead, is also in the photo. Christina captioned the post, “Family vacation last week 🌸🤍. Not ready (but ready 😉) for kids to go back to school.”
While the HGTV star’s kids Taylor and Brayden appear often on her shows and social media, Hudson isn't typically in the limelight. Fans took to the comments to point this out. “I’m still [sic] overjoyed for you that Hudson can be pictured again,” one person wrote.
Many people called attention to how Hudson is hugging Josh’s leg in the photo. “First thing to notice is Hudson latched on to Josh,” one fan wrote. “Speaks volumes.”
Another added, “I think Hudsy has his bonus dad wrapped around his little finger. So much love there.”
Fans continue to be supportive of Josh’s role in Christina’s life. “Love seeing Josh with your kids,” another person commented. “This photo shows how much Hudson is attached to him.”
Another step-parent had a similar sentiment. “Love how Hudson is usually hugging Josh,” they wrote. “As a step-parent myself, it’s lovely to see.”
Last year, Anstead claimed that Christina exploited Hudson for paid promotions on social media during their custody dispute. Per court documents obtained by E! News, Christina denied that she exploited their son and said that he appeared in a few of her own Instagram ads "that each took less than five minutes to film."
Following the allegations, Christina publicly stated that she was choosing to not post Hudson online anymore. "Hudson's father has made attempts to turn my family, friends and fans against me through manipulation tactics and false information," she wrote in a lengthy Instagram caption outlining her exhaustion. "This has had great impact on me and my household."
She continued, "Because of this, I have made the decision to no longer feature Hudson on Instagram, my TV shows or any social platforms until he is old enough to make this decision for himself."
She noted that she has "always been fine not having Hudson appear on public platforms," and she just wanted Hudson to "participate in the fun activities/outings with our family/siblings."
It seems as though the dust has settled, and Christina can more comfortably share family photos with all of her kids in the picture.
