Fan Bingbing makes top five in Forbes Highest Earning list
24 Aug - Fan Bingbing has been listed again as one of Forbes' Highest Paid Actresses.
The actress, however, fell from her previous fourth place (USD21 million) to fifth (USD17 million), while Jennifer Aniston, who was ranked one spot behind Fan last year, climbed to the fourth spot with USD21 million.
The Chinese star, who has been busy filming Chinese movies this year, made her earnings in 2016 from movies such as "Lady of the Dynasty" and Jackie Chan's "Skiptrace".
She is also the only Chinese actress listed in the top ten, and the second Asian to be in the list this year aside from Bollywood star Deepika Padukone, who ranked at the tenth spot with USD10 million.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Lawrence continues to dominate the list, placing top for the second year in a row, though her earnings are down from last year's USD52 million.
