American rock band Fall Out Boy will be in Singapore for a concert on 30 April next year, organisers LAMC Productions announced on Friday (15 Dec).

The band, famous for tracks like “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race” and “Dance, Dance”, will be performing at the Zepp@Bigbox Singapore concert hall, LAMC said, as part of their M A N I A tour.

Tickets are priced at $148 and go on sale at 10am on 18 Dec via ticketing agent SISTIC and all SISTIC Authorised Agents. For a $20 add-on to the standard ticket price, concertgoers can get priority entry, a mystery gift and early merchandise shopping.

The band, which hails from a suburb of Chicago, last performed in Singapore in 2013 at Fort Canning Park.

Made up of lead vocalist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, lead guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley, Fall Out Boy’s 2005 album, “From Under the Cork Tree”, went double platinum.

The band took a hiatus from 2009 to 2012.
