25 Jan – As a mark of respect, Faithful Music recently announced that it will not be uploading Hannah Delisha's new music video following the actress' decision to wear a hijab.
The news was first shared by the record label in its official Instagram account, stating, "We heard you [and] your concerns, and we appreciate all of your feedback. Out of respect for Hannah Delisha's privacy, Faithful Music has decided not to publish the Official Music Video for Terlalu Mudah."
"You can listen to Terlalu Mudah out now on all digital streaming platforms! We will be releasing Terlalu Mudah Official Lyric Video soon. Stay tuned!"
The company's representative, Karim Razali revealed that the decision was made after much discussion among all parties involved, including Faithful Music founder Faizal Tahir.
"The music video was shot at the end of 2019 when Hannah had yet to wear a hijab. We originally planned to release the music video early last year, but had to postpone it due to the pandemic. After much discussion with Faizal, we decided that we will not release the music video as a sign of respect to her new image," he added.
As to whether there will be another music video for the song, Karim stated that they will release a lyric MV instead, adding that the current situation would not make it easy for them to have another shoot.
Earlier this year, Hannah earned the praise of many when she decided to remove 800 old sexy photos of herself following her decision to wear a hijab.
