If you're looking to soothe your tired muscles while getting a good body scrub, we highly recommend a luxurious Hammam treatment at Remède Spa.

A relaxing treatment inspired by traditions of the Middle East and the Mediterranean, this cleansing ritual promotes revitalisation to the skin, beginning with a clarifying steam bath in a unique Eucalyptus-scented Steam Chambers.

You'll have to strip down to a disposable underwear and have a therapist rub you with a decadent Olive and Eucalyptus Black Soap from the French organic spa care brand Charme D’Orient that softens the skin, before rinsing your body under a warm Vichy shower – all this while you recline on a heated marble bed in a private wet room.

The wash is then followed by an invigorating traditional Kassa glove exfoliation to remove dead cells and impurities, and a purifying Rassoul clay commences for detox.

You'll be left with smoother skin as the exfoliating treatment would have sloughed away all of the dead skin cells on your body.

The signature ritual is a 90-minute experience, priced at S$325.00++.

Aramsa Spa, which is located in the lush Ang Mo Kio-Bishan Park is throwing a three-month Mother's Day campaign just for mums, because, why not? For two hours, enjoy a 60-minute Aramsa Touch Body Massage, which is a fusion of eastern meridian and western classical massage techniques and a 60-minute Trilogy Vitamin C Facial, which will re-energise your skin with Trilogy's line of antioxidant Vitamin C rich skincare products, at their award-winning garden spa (whilst mentally whisked away to the likes of Bali).

What we love about Trilogy's Vitamin C line is that it's gentle on the skin, yet it packs powerful ingredients such as hyaluronic acid to plump and hydrate; as well as rosehip oil for added moisture.

You can also purchase the Trilogy products (which is certified clean beauty and from New Zealand) at selected retailers here in Singapore.

If you or your mum is into crystals, we think you'll dig Spa Esprit's Super Vibrator treatment.

The ultimate TLC for the hustling mum – relax, reset and re-centre with the treatment which combines an energy reading with Lomi Lomi massage and sound therapy. You'll first map up your own personal energy blueprint, followed by choosing your own essential oils for the treatment. After that, a therapist will lead you to a massage room, where she'll follow up with the right therapies to re-centre your energy balance.

Lastly, sound therapy consists of a light beating of a gong that will send you straight into a peaceful lullaby (trust us, you'll fall asleep in seconds!).

The new-age ritual is priced at S$150 but first-time Spa Esprit users enjoy the price at S$100 (trial).
