Everyone's Obsessed With These Addictive Chocolate Chip Cookies from England

From Country Living

Baking the perfect chocolate chip cookie is not an easy task, but one beloved British cookie brand has figured out the secret to achieving chocolate chip nirvana-and now their cult cookies have headed stateside.

Ben's Cookies, which originated in London, recently set up shop in New York City and people simply cannot get enough of their freshly baked treats, according to Real Simple. So what's their secret? It all comes down to the fact that they bake their cookies with HUGE chocolate chunks that are about five times the size of a normal chocolate chip. We're already drooling.

Fifteen of the store's 20 different types of cookies use the massive chocolate chunks, including Triple Chocolate Chunk, Praline & Milk, and Peanut Butter. While there's only one store in the U.S. at the moment (Dear Ben's: Please open more!), you don't have to miss out these ooey, gooey cookies. Rachel, the blogger behind Marmalade and Me, recreated a quick and easy recipe similar to the brand's Ginger and Dark Chocolate cookies, and they look oh-so-good. So what are you waiting for? Start baking!
