The Duchess of Cambridge and Meghan Markle might be the two female royals who provide the most sartorial inspiration, but Zara Tindall‘s sense of style shouldn’t be overlooked.

The Queen’s granddaughter has proved just how enviable her wardrobe is this week, appearing in one great look after another at Cheltenham Races.

The 37-year-old kick-started her race wardrobe with a navy ensemble on Tuesday: Knee-high Stuart Weitzman boots, a quilted Chanel handbag and a £425 Guinea London coat made up her look.

A bright blue hat by Juliette Botterill Millinery, another London label, completed the outfit.

Zara’s husband, sportsman Mike Tindall, accompanied Olympic equestrian and the pair left their two young children – daughters Mia Grace and Lena Elizabeth – at home.

Princess Anne, the Queen’s second oldest child and Zara’s mother, also attended.

On Wednesday, for Ladies Day, Zara opted for a purple get-up.

The mum-of-two wrapped up in a bespoke coat by London-based tailor Pip Howeson, paired with matching leather gloves, black tights and heels.

A £450 Letterbox Saddle Bag from Aspinal of London bag (which both Pippa Middleton and the Duchess of Cornwall also own) finished the look. The Duchess of Cambridge owns the £495 Midi Mayfair bag from the same brand.

Thursday’s outfit was less eye-catching, but equally chic.

A grey coat by Pip Howeson was worn with a Bundle McLaren Millinery fascinator and a pair of Stuart Weitzman boots.

Both the Duchess of Sussex and the Duchess of Cambridge own footwear from the American label.

Today, known as Gold Cup Day, Zara completed the four-day festivities in a black and white check coat by Claire Mischevani.

Zara’s turned to the designer on a number of occasions and even wore one of the designs to Harry and Meghan’s wedding in May last year.

She accessorised with a pair of black, heeled boots and matching gloves and a maroon handbag and chic black and maroon Sally Ann Provan fascinator finished the ensemble.
