5 Mar – Enchong Dee is happy for his fellow Star Magic colleague Alexa Ilacad, for being cast in the prequel to his 2013 hit movie, "Four Sisters and a Wedding".

As reported on Push, the actor who spoke about the upcoming project, stated that he will give his full reaction once the film is in theatres.

"The project is very close to me. I don't know what the outcome would be. But congratulations to them, especially Alexa. I know she will have fun doing this project as she is also playing Bea [Alonzo's] character. I am very happy for her," he said.

In the original film, Alonzo plays the role of Bobbie, the second sister who works as a corporate communications manager in New York and has had difficult relationship with the third sister Trixie (Angel Locsin).

The new movie, titled "Four Sisters Before the Wedding", will be helmed by Giselle Andres, who was previously the assistant director on the original Cathy Garcia-Molina film.

As for the actor who will play Dee's character CJ, it was reported that the studio is currently in the process of deciding the perfect young actor for it.
