Elva Hsiao's camp explains her recent drunk online video
22 Jul – Elva Hsiao's camp recently assured that the singer is doing fine, following her previous social media post that sparked concern among fans and netizens alike.
As reported on Cosmopolitan, in a statement released by the studio, it stressed that the singer was only missing her dog after finding out that it fell ill while she has been away.
The company also apologised for causing such a concern and assured that Elva has been working hard towards making her comeback.
On 18 July, the singer uploaded a video on Instagram of her looking dishevelled and talking about missing her "child". She then spoke about wanting to let herself becoming better and letting both herself and her fans see a happier Elva Hsiao.
Elva then dozed off and started muttering things again before the video cut off.
When a netizen asked in the comments if she was drunk, she gave an incoherent reply: "nope I am just desalt my babes n fall asleep lol I think I wassleeptalking".
The singer has been on hiatus since 2017 to focus on her health. Earlier this year, she denied rumours that she was diagnosed with HIV.
