Elle Macpherson revealed she wants to create a perfume

Elle admitted that when it comes to fragrances, she has previously favoured a men's cologne, but that she has always been interested in creating her own signature scent.

"I've worn Vétiver by Guerlain — it’s a men’s cologne — for maybe 30 years," she told The New York Times. "I smelled it on somebody once, and then I wanted it for myself. But I'd like to create my own perfume. It's definitely on the cards."

Elle is renowned for her impressive health and fitness routine

Although the blonde beauty didn't reveal any more information on the potential project, she did explain that when it comes to skincare, she follows a certain ethos.

"The first thing: I believe in beauty from the inside out," she said. "What you put in your body is more important than what you put on your body, although they do work in tandem."

The supermodel already boasts an impressive empire including a wellness company

There's no doubt that health and wellbeing have always played a key part in the model's life. Personal trainer Nicola Addison, who trained Elle at her Eqvvs gym, has previously revealed that the star always does her research to ensure she's giving her body what it needs.

"Elle really knows what works for her and what doesn’t," Nicola told HELLO! Online exclusively. "Also, she's definitely of a personality type that has done all of the research and knows what she's doing."

Training the model until she moved to America, Nicola revealed that Elle was a dedicated client, who would train "five times a week" and added that she lived up to her nickname 'The Body'. "She's not that by accident," said Nicola. "She worked really hard and always trained hard, always did well with her food, always looked after herself and has done for years. That's not accidental."
