Elizabeth Hurley prefers to tone up by tending to her garden rather than hitting the gym.
The 54-year-old isn't a fan of treadmills or elliptical machines and prefers to enjoy the good outdoors and yardwork to maintain her svelte shape.
"I don't work out, per se, but I am very active," she told Extra. "I do a lot of exercise, but it's really the gardening... cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I'm very active."
The actress revealed she has tried other fun activities to stay fit, including "hula hoop practice" and "attempting to swim off the calories."
When she isn't focused on her fitness regimen, the Austin Powers beauty devotes her time to breast cancer awareness as part of her role as an ambassador for Estee Lauder.
"Early detection is absolutely vital," she said. "We know that if cancer is detected and treated early, there is a 90 per cent chance of full survival."
In an interview with People last year, the brunette beauty noted she urges her friends to stay on top of their health.
"I personally talk to all my friends about breast health," she said. "I'll say, 'When was your last mammogram?' And implore them to check their own breasts as well," she said. "Sometimes they squirm, but it's a conversation you have to have. So, I make it my mission."
