Elaine Ng determined to change herself
22 Jun - It has been a while since Elaine Ng showed her glamorous side, which she did recently at an event held by aesthetic medical and surgical centre, NuMe.
As reported on Mingpao, the former Miss Asia who has always opted for jeans and a shirt, appeared in an elegant white dress and donned a full face of make-up at the event where she promoted NuMe's services and also talked about her life since reuniting with her daughter, Etta.
Elaine admitted that she is not only changing her appearance, but her inner self as well.
Admitting that she had dismissed the idea of experiencing mood disorders before, Elaine shared that she has now accepted the fact that she has that problem and is willing to change, which is why she has been seeing a doctor about it.
"I hope to be a good role model [for my daughter] and I want to be healthier, so I can work again. I want to show her that if mummy can do it, she can do it too," she said.
As for Etta, Elaine stated that her 17-year-old daughter has also shown a sign of improvement, and that her friends helped a lot in helping her become stronger.
