1 Sep – Datin Paduka Eina Azman recently confirmed that she, her husband Datuk Paduka Kaiser Gurmeet, and their two house helpers have been tested positive for COVID-19 - not long after she was discharged from the hospital for another issue.

"The Maid" actress shared the news on Instagram on 31 August, which also marked her seventh wedding anniversary, writing, "My heart just dropped when I got the result because I frequently get myself tested. Even last week, my husband and I just had a COVID test before the surgery, and it was negative."

Fortunately, said Eina, their kids Aubrey and Karl, as well as her sister Wenny were tested negative.

"I'm starting to get a fever and coughs. But my husband's situation is not that fine as his temperature is high and his oxygen levels are unstable. So, every two days, we have to go to the hospital to see the doctor for monitoring and X-ray," she said.

In the same post, she also wishes her husband a happy anniversary, adding, "I am not asking for anything but for you to be healthy again. Stay strong, we can do this together. Love you so much, my love."

It was back on 17 August that Eina revealed that she underwent surgery on her neck, though the actress made no mention as to what it was for.
