18 Jun – Hong Kong singer Eason Chan recently attributed his weight loss to his new active lifestyle.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who seemed to have lost some weight and looked fitter than before when he appeared at a World Cup event in Mongkok recently, shared that he has been reducing his food intake and has been doing more sporting activities like badminton and tennis for the past few months.
"A month ago, I hired a personal trainer for myself. I go to the gym twice a week and spend half an hour each time," he said, adding that he never done such a thing in his 40 years of life before.
Eason admitted that while he was told to lose weight before, he never found it to be a priority until now, as his body began to show signs of weakness.
Nonetheless, the singer stressed that the exercises are not particularly for him to lose weight, but a lifestyle change for the sake of his spiritual health.
