Kate Middleton made a surprise appearance on Thursday at the Evelina London’s Sunshine House in South London.

Kate is known for her ultra feminine midi dresses, but this time round, the 37-year-old opted for a low-key monochrome outfit.

The Duchess wore a chic polka dot shirt, a pair of black trousers and black court shoes to finish the look, but it was her culottes that caught our attention.
