If you’re into skincare and beauty products, then odds are you’ve tied back your hair, put on an old t-shirt, and slathered a disgusting-looking mud mask on your face at least once in your life (and if you’re us, then it’s been many, many more times than that).

Which is why Drew Barrymore in a sticky mud mask is just so utterly relatable.

For some context, Barrymore has been spending the week sharing some of her absolute favorite beauty products with the world for makeup junkie week (and she, like us, is a self-proclaimed makeup junky). And in one of her most recent Insta pics, she showed us what she looks like while donning a HanaCure Effect Mask.

BEEN THERE, GIRL.

But perhaps even more interesting than getting to see Drew in this super relatable moment is what she has to say about the actual mask itself. You paint it on with a brush. It starts to dry. It pulls. It gets so tight that it literally pulls your face. See above. But, It makes you look so fresh when you wash it off.”

Aiiight, we’re officially going to have to try this. According to the Hanacure website, one mask is $29 and it comes in a little packet with an applicator brush.

And yes, we know — $29 for that tiny little square?! Okay, new game plan: We’re officially going to ask for this for our next birthday, or maybe just forgo the next five or so Starbucks runs so that we can purchase this in good financial conscience.

Either way, we’re loving that Drew is so open and honest with us about her beauty routine and isn’t afraid to show the real human behind all that Hollywood glam.
