Donnie Yen: No fight is a challenge!
28 Sep - Although there will be no martial arts fight in his new movie, Donnie Yen revealed that he has no problem whatsoever with it.
As reported on Liberty Times, the actor, who just returned from Thailand to film the new movie, "King of Drug Dealers", stated that he is happy that there is no need for him to fight in the movie.
"It's a new challenge for me since I haven't come across such a project before," said Donnie, who has filmed fight scenes in almost all of his movies.
"As an artiste, I need to have the guts and courage to do something new in order to improve myself," he said.
Donnie also revealed that the movie will begin its filming in Hong Kong soon and that he couldn't wait for his first time working with Andy Lau.
The film was originally scheduled to star Nick Cheung alongside Andy Lau, but the former, who wasn't satisfied with the script, decided not to do the project.
