DJ Khaled to publish book on 'major keys' to success

DJ Khaled

DJ Khaled is set to unleash a book based on his personal philosophy for success, with the tome slated for release on November 22 via Crown Archetype (a subsidiary of Penguin Random House).

The book, titled "The Keys" in a nod to his recently released ninth LP "Major Key," sees Khaled break down "all of the major keys," via anecdotes from his own life and featuring "mogul talk" from Jay Z, Rick Ross, Puff Daddy, L.A. Reid, Lyor Cohen, Arianna Huffington, and others (via Rolling Stone).

The artist's tips in the book include "Be honest but don't play yourself" to "Don't drive your Jet Ski in the dark," with Khaled announcing via his Instagram that "The Keys" aims to "help you follow your vision as long as you have passion, dedication, blood, sweat and tears, and especially ignore when THEY try to bring you down."

The book's cover features an illustration of a lion with a golden key in its jaws and is currently available for pre-order via Amazon.
