As dawn approaches, a 3-course western dinner was served. Well, of course, at this point we would have much preferred Asian fusion dishes, but with this view, the experience was worth it. If alfresco dining isn't your thing, there’s another option. The Grand Salon is located at the lower deck and has a capacity for 40 people. Sheltered, fully air-conditioned with a bar and buffet spread. If you’re a big eater, this might be a better choice than the sit down 3-course dinner. It is also excellent for private parties and families with kids.

Thirsty for a drink? Head over to the Monkey Bar. We recommend taking a seat by the bar, decorated with unique carvings and the friendly bartenders are ready to make you a drink. Order your favourite beverage and slowly savour as the Royal Albatross sails along the coast of Singapore. Our preferred choice, a glass of whiskey - perfect for a smooth sail!
