Dickson Yu, Chrissie Chau spark romance rumours again
19 Sep – Despite already denying rumours of romance between them, Dickson Yu and Chrissie Chau reignited such speculations recently by sharing the same photo on social media.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor posted a photo of him celebrating his 30th birthday with good friend Mayao Ma and Chrissie on his Instagram account, captioning it, "Surprise".
The same photo was shared by Chrissie on her social media account on the same day, writing, "Happy birthday [Dickson]. Welcome to ["29+1"]."
Fans who saw the photo immediately speculated about the nature of their relationship, with many asking if Chrissie and Dickson are finally confirming their romance rumours. Some also found the timing interesting, since Dickson actually turned 30 in early September.
Fuelling the rumours further was the fact that the third person in the photo, singer Mayao Ma, did not share the said photo on his social media account.
It is noted that Dickson has previously denied the romance rumours, saying that the two of them are good friends as they live in the same neighbourhood.
