5 Jul – Diana Danielle has recently dismissed the notion that she is not interested in TV projects, having filmed more dramas for the OTT platform instead.
The actress, who is most recently seen on Viu's "She Was Pretty", the Malaysian adaptation of the 2015 Korean series of the same name, stated that she now chooses scripts that can excite her, and those coincidentally are made for streaming platforms.
"As a mother, you have to think of many things before you accept an offer. I like the kind of script where you feel like jumping. By that, I mean a script that makes me excited," she said.
Diana added that it was easy for her to feel bored, seeing that she has been in the industry since she was a child.
As for her role in "She Was Pretty", Diana said that the drama was something different than your usual television shows.
"[The original] was a favourite of many. That is why I was nervous on the first day of filming," she added.
"She Was Pretty" has begun streaming on 23 June.
