DHL Express shipment prices in Singapore to rise average 4.9% in 2019
Prices of DHL Express shipments in Singapore will increase by 4.9 per cent on average in 2019, the delivery services giant announced on Friday (21 September).
DHL said it adjusts prices across its global markets by taking into account inflation, currency movements and other rising costs, such as security compliance-related expenses.
“The annual price adjustment allows us to further strengthen our infrastructure, ensuring best-in-class customer solutions by using innovative technologies and individual delivery processes,” said Yasmin Khan, acting country manager for DHL Express Singapore.
DHL’s investments across the markets in the past few months have boosted its shipment processing capacities and reduced transit times, Khan added.
