Over 1 billion people around the world will tune in to the 2016 Olympics Opening Ceremony from Rio tonight, where the athletes will proudly walk into the Maracanã Stadium to start the Games. For the next two and a half weeks, they will be pushed to their sporting limits, but for tonight, all they have to do is look good.

Many countries chose homegrown designers for this opportunity — something that makes us at Yahoo Style even more excited for tonight’s spectacle. Great Britain tapped Stella McCartney, while the U.S. is continuing to rely on Ralph Lauren. Cuba, however, might just out-style everyone with uniforms designed by Christian Louboutin. Here are eight of the most fashionable uniforms we’re excited to see tonight!
