Derek Ramsay returns to GMA-7
8 Apr – After much deliberation, Derek Ramsay has finally decided to come home to GMA-7.
As reported on PEP, the actor, who signed a contract with the network recently, shared that it felt weird to come back more than a decade since he first made his debut as a host on "Eat Bulaga!"
"I got the confidence to be who I am now because of starting here in "Eat Bulaga!", and all those people in "Eat Bulaga!" sharing with me their talents to become a better host at the time," he said.
Ramsay also admitted that he felt honoured that the network gave him a lot of time to deliberate on his decision after giving him the offer.
"I love the fact that they take risks, and that's what I do with my life. [Taking risks] gets me in trouble but you know what, it's also gotten me to where I am," he said, according to another report from GMA News.
His first project with the company would be the upcoming primetime drama, "The Better Woman", co-starring Andrea Torres.
