Demi Moore swears smiling is the secret to looking younger.

The Hollywood actress, known for her flawless complexion and glossy brunette locks, has opened up about her skincare secrets in a new video for Harper's Bazaar's Go To Bed With Me series. Demonstrating how she uses Georgia Louise's Lift + Sculpt Butterfly Stone, Demi insisted that alongside a little face massage, smiling will make anyone look more youthful.

"You work through all the tension in your face. It activates the blood flow in your skin. And then kind of moves out all the tension," she said of the rose quartz tool, which she applies using outward strokes on her jaw and cheekbones. "You'll see there'll be a lot of blood flow to the skin. And when you're over 50, when you feel like your skin is hitting the floor, this actually is an incredible uplift. That and smiling. Smiling is the best and free anti-ageing secret available."

Elsewhere in the clip, Demi explained how she uses a Makeup Eraser Cloth to remove her cosmetics each evening, before washing her face with a gentle cleanser.

"My skincare regime is generally less is more. My skin is hyper, hyper sensitive. So, I can't have anything with fragrance. It has to be really high quality, clean, active ingredients," the 56-year-old shared. "I have two different cleansers, depending on what I have going on. I have one that is Retrouve's Luminous Cleansing, which is more of an elixir... (it has) a nice texture. And if I need to feel more clean, then I have my CosMedix, which is the Benefit Clean Gentle Cleanser. And that's more like a soap. Both of them work."

Demi then proceeds to apply a layer of NIOD's Copper Amino Isolate Serum 2:1 and then moisturise with either Biologique Recherche's Creme Dermopurifiante and Biologique Recherche's La Grande Crème before applying.

"I always put it on my hands first. Because it allows you to be more gentle with your face and your skin. And I always put any extra down on your chest, your boobs," she smiled.
