Demi Lovato is addressing her recent breakup with former fiancé Max Ehrich in the best way she knows how: through music.

The "Sorry Not Sorry" singer took to social media today to self-release a new song, titled "Still Have Me," following the star calling off her engagement to soap actor and musician Max Ehrich. The pair reportedly split due to Lovato feeling as though Ehrich didn't have "good intentions" for their relationship in the long run. The two had announced their engagement with a series of sunset-lit beach photos only two months prior to the breakup.

Though Lovato has yet to specifically acknowledge their split, she did allude to the breakup in a simply written social media post coupled with the new track. "Music is always there for me...," she wrote.

As of now, the song is available only to stream via the singer's Instagram and Twitter, and has yet to hit official streaming platforms.

If Lovato's lyrics are a glimpse into the singer's healing following the fallout of her relationship, we think the breakup merely marks a chance for a new beginning.
