On Wednesday (12 May), Davina McCall posted a sweet birthday video, paying tribute to her partner's birthday.

Davina and Michael Douglas first went public with their romance back in 2019, and this week the pair celebrated Michael's 50th birthday together.

Posting to Instagram, Davina shared a video montage of some of the couple's time together. Starting off the video, Michael played guitar, jumping around the stage, before snaps of the pair at a race, and having fun out and about were shown.

Davina wrote "happy 50th @mdlondon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ You are the best 💯💕🎁❤️💥🥰🥳🎉 @wagon_wheels." Tagging both Michael and his model son, Joel, who is seen in one of the shots on a billboard.

Michael is an award-winning hairdresser, and has his own range of hair styling tools and products, developed with his 30 years of experience.

Often, Michael shares photos to his Instagram of hairstyles he has created on his partner, Davina, often using his own products.

The pair currently host a podcast together, Making The Cut, which is described as "TripAdvisor for your life". Davina and Michael guide listeners through "what's hot and what's not" from the best mascara to iconic movies.

Speaking on their podcast in January, Davina announced that the couple had taken next steps in their relationship. Davina said "I am quite enjoying as a new couple doing new things, because we are newly living together." Talking about new traditions that the couple were creating, Davina said the pair watched The King's Speech on Christmas Day as a family.
