20 Jan – Daniel Padilla couldn't help but express excitement over working with former ABS-CBN CEO, Charo Santos-Concio.
As reported on ABS-CBN News, the actor whose film with Santos, "Kun Maupay Man It Panahon" will be released in the middle of the year, shared that he really enjoyed their collaboration, seeing how good Santos is in her craft.
"When you have a good co-worker, good luck, you enjoy shooting the scene together. I am very thankful, blessed and very humbled to be able to work with Ma'am Charo," he said.
Padilla also stated that the film is totally different from what he is used to.
"It's not really from ABS-CBN or Star Cinema. It has a different feel to it. Very exciting," he added.
Directed by Carlo Fransisco Manatad ("Jodilerks dela Cruz, Employee of the Month"), "Kun Maupay Man It Panahon" is a movie that revolves around the devastating aftermath of Typhoon Yolanda and stars Padilla and Santos as son and mother duo who struggle to deal with their situation.
