Dancing on Ice has been keeping Brits entertained since becoming a TV staple in 2006. In the 2023 series, the coveted trophy was lifted by British gymnast and Olympian Nile Wilson and his dance partner, Olivia Sophie Smart, and now we are about to see the next instalment start this weekend.

The ice skating competition was fronted by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield for most of its run until Schofield, 61, quit ITV in early 2023 after admitting to lying about an “unwise, but not illegal” affair with a younger colleague. So, who will be presenting the show alongside Holly Willoughby?

Here is a comprehensive look at what viewers can expect from Dancing on Ice 2024.

Who is hosting Dancing on Ice 2024?

ITV has confirmed that Holly Willoughby will return as co-host alongside Stephen Mulhern, reuniting 20 years after they presented Ministry of Mayhem together.

After Phillip Schofield resigned from his presenting roles including hosting This Morning, ITV was on the lookout for a new presenter to host Dancing on Ice, finally settling on Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern to take over hosting duties.

Katie Rawcliffe, head of entertainment commissioning at ITV, said: "Holly and Stephen are two of our best loved presenters, so reuniting them 20 years after they first appeared on screen together to host Dancing On Ice marks the start of an exciting year for the show."
