Converse’s Valentine’s Day Collection Is 11 Shoes Deep, Including a Chuck 70 With 3D Flowers
With just under a month until Valentine’s Day, Converse has revealed an assortment of 11 shoes for the occasion.
The Converse Valentine’s Day collection is headlined by a Chuck 70 with three-dimensional ribbon roses attached to the upper, as well as a Chuck 70 Luxe Heel Platform taking an edgier approach to the holiday in black leather and metal heart hardware. The former, less adulterated Chuck 70 features a cream canvas upper with heart and rose removable hangtags and both a heart and broken heart graphic on the outsoles in addition to the ribbon roses scattered throughout. An all-black look then defines the latter, as silver-tone metal hardware includes a series of hearts on the strap as well as a heart-shaped buckle.

A pink Chuck 70 Low also hosts the three dimensional roses, while more traditional flower embroidery defines a white Chuck Taylor All Star High and black Chuck Taylor All Star Low. Even more straightforward are high- and low-top versions of the Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Platform, in pink and red respectively, which go for cleaner uppers with flourishes on the outsole and insole. A Chuck Taylor All Star Dainty Mary Jane also remainss simple in black and white and features two heart shape buckles for its straps.
Three additional styles have been made for kids in sizes from toddlers up to big kids, including Chucks and Mary Janes.
The Converse Valentine’s Day collection is out now on the brand’s website, with pricing for the adult shoes starting at $65 for the Chuck Taylor All Star Low and topping out at $125 for the Chuck 70 De Luxe Heel Platform. The kids’ shoes then run from $40 to $65.
