20 Jul - Connie Mak (also known as Kitman Mak) recently stated that she has no qualms about nurse son Bryan Chan going back to work in the frontlines following news of a resurgence of COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who appeared in TVB City to perform at "Cantopop at 50" with her daughter Tin recently, stated that the family is already used to Bryan working as a frontliner during the pandemic and is not worried if he is called back again.
"He doesn't really mind it. He is on standby all the time. He likes helping people and doing things that contributes to the society, so I will support him," she added.
It was back in February that her husband and former actor Kong Wah revealed that Bryan has been part of the team involved with treating patients infected with the coronavirus, and expressed how proud he is of his boy.
"He is like a soldier going to war and I will continue to cheer for him from the sidelines," he said.
