Kourt’s on the fence about getting engaged right now, but the good news? It’s “likely” a possibility, a source detailed to Entertainment Tonight.
ET’s source says, “Kourtney and Travis really recognize now more than ever how special their relationship is and how fortunate they are to spend their time together whether it’s just the two of them, with friends, or with their families. They could also definitely see themselves ending up together one day and it’s really whatever makes Kourtney happy.” More than anything, they’re “just living in the moment and enjoying each day.”
And even better news: “Building a future together in a more permanent respect could likely happen,” that source adds.

More engagement updates about Kourtney and Travis start rolling in—and it turns out that it’s a little more complicated than Travis just popping the question.
A source tells Entertainment Tonight that “getting engaged and married one day has definitely been a topic of conversation between Kourtney and Travis. Travis would absolutely love to tie the knot with Kourtney, but Kourtney hasn’t been sure that’s the step she wants to take in their relationship right now. She is extraordinarily happy and doesn’t feel the need or want the pressure of getting married.”
Per ET’s source, Kourtney’s a little hesitant because “there are a lot of other factors that concern her” if she and Travis marry, “one of them being Scott [Disick] and, more importantly, her kids and what that adjustment would mean for them. It could be a lot to process, even though everyone sees that Kourtney is undeniably in love with Travis. Kourtney sees herself loving this moment and is just taking everything one day at a time and enjoying their time together.”
The source does make a point to say that Kourt’s hesitation has nothing to do with how she actually feels about Travis. For the record, “Travis makes Kourtney laugh uncontrollably and she loves that he always brings a smile to her face. She also really loves that Travis is such a great, hands-on dad. Travis loves that Kourtney has such an entrepreneurial spirit and that she is a strong, independent mom. They feel like they’re the perfect match.”
As for how things are going between Kourt and Scott? Yeah…an E! News source says, “Scott and Kourtney have a tense relationship right now primarily because he’s been focusing on his new life in Miami and because of Kourtney getting serious with Travis. They are barely speaking. It’s hard for him to see Kourtney in love with someone else.”

Travis confesses that he definitely had a crush on Kourtney’s younger sister Kim Kardashian back in 2006. Despite dating Kim’s employer—hotel heiress Paris Hilton—Travis says he couldn’t keep his eyes off her (which is kinda awk now, LOL).
“How could you not stare at Kim? Mind you, I enjoyed hanging out with Paris, but I love curvy girls,” he tells Us Weekly at the time. “Kim was eye candy. I was in no way disrespectful to Paris, but I couldn’t keep my eyes off Kim!”
“I had a crush on her and we were flirtatious but nothing ever happened,” Travis adds. “I don’t know! She was so kind and polite, I just felt like being a perfect gentleman around her. It was a trip!”
And not to alarm you or anything, but Travis is pretty much the reason Keeping Up With the Kardashians is a thing. In 2005, Travis’s own reality show, Meet the Barkers, was on television, which is why Kim hit him up for advice.
“Kim was like, ‘I really want to do this reality show. We’re supposed to do it with Ryan Seacrest. I just think my family’s interesting,’” Travis recalls. “I gave her the best advice I could but I still remember the conversation like yesterday: ‘I think my family is interesting and it could be something.’ Well, you were absolutely right!” Travis and Kim remain close throughout the aughts, and he becomes super close to the rest of the fam since they all live in Calabasas, California.
