It’s been about 13 years since the show ended, but we still can’t get enough. (Good thing it’s syndicated!) MTV recently posted a compilation of the “lovable jerk” moments from Ross Geller on Friends on their YouTube channel, and we’re loving every second of it.

Ross, in general, was quite an interesting character. While he seemed like a nice, boy-next-door shy type back in the ’90s, people today realize that he often came across as condescending. But, charmingly so.

As the smartest of the bunch (or so we were lead to believe) we could somewhat understand Ross’s frustrations. Remember when Phoebe tried to tell Ross, the paleontologist, that evolution didn’t exist? Yikes.

That said, we still love the guy. We love his devotion to Rachel, his quotable dialogue (they were on a break, remember?) and his mild freakouts.

Which “lovable jerk” moment is your favorite?

We have to say, the show was on for 10 seasons, and David Schwimmer played Ross in every episode. So, having this video clock in at just over two minutes is still pretty flattering for our favorite male Geller.

But then again, keeping a sex count (298 times!) is a little much.

And, uh — that pro and con list, looking back, was somewhat insulting.

(We mean, we understand why he made one, and we’d be lying if we didn’t make them ourselves during past relationships, but — word to the wise. Tear it up into teeny tiny pieces the second you’re done. Or, maybe just make the list in your head, where it can’t be discovered.)

While we can’t hate Ross, we can definitely see a brand new side of him as the show ages. And even though we’ve had access to every episode of Friends for some time, we’re so glad that MTV has decided to air Friends episodes every night between 6 and 8 PM. Since, really, this is a show you can never get enough of.
