Cloie Skarne to compete in Miss Universe Sweden
10 Sep – Beauty queen Cloie Syquia Skarne, half-sister of actresses KC and Garie Concepcion, recently revealed that she is competing in a beauty pageant again - this time for the title of Miss Universe Sweden.
As reported on Inquirer, Cloie revealed the good news on Instagram writing, "I am officially a finalist in the Miss Universe Sweden pageant which will be held on September 23, 2018! I will be competing at Café Opera in Stockholm!"
An excited KC responded in the comment section, writing, "Get it sistah!", followed by Garie, who posted, "Oh my goodness! Good luck sis!"
Prior to Miss Universe Sweden, Cloie competed in the Miss Earth Sweden pageant in 2016 for the first time and won the crown.
Although she didn't win the title of Miss Earth 2016 - which went to Ecuador beauty Katherine Espin - Skarne did make it to the Top 8.
Syquia-Skarne is the daughter of actor Gabby Concepcion with Fil-Am model Jenny Syquia. She took the surname Skarne following her mother's marriage to Swedish man Filip Skarne, who legally adopted Cloie when she was two-years-old.
