Positive vibes only for Ciara in 2017.

The 31-year-old singer has dropped her $15 million lawsuit against Future, according to TMZ. The exes — who called off their engagement in 2014 — have also reached a custody settlement in regards to their 2-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn.

Last year, Ciara sued the rapper, 33, for defamation and slander after he criticized her parenting skills as well as her relationship with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson during a radio interview. He followed up with a few choice tweets, such as “This b**** got control problems…” and “I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture…the f***ery for 15k a month. I jus want babyfuture that’s all.”

We’re guessing Ciara just wants to move on, as she is expecting her first child with Wilson.

And Now We're Talking To #2017….❤️

While Ciara has yet to comment on dropping the lawsuit (which she can’t file again in the future), she has proudly been showing off pictures of her growing bump.
